Notice of Digital Annual General Meeting 19 April 2026 at 18:00
The Executive Board of Sjamanistisk Forbund hereby calls the Annual General Meeting on Sunday 19 April 2026 at 18:00.
The meeting will be held digitally to make it possible for members across the country to take part. A separate digital voting form will be sent out roughly one week before the meeting. This form is approved by the Brønnøysund Register Centre and is used for all formal votes.

Election of two people to sign the minutes

Adoption of the budget
Election of the board
Incoming matters/proposals
Following the Annual General Meeting, a members' meeting will be held. Here, updated information will be given about the organisation's work and current matters. Questions that do not require special preparation may be raised directly during this meeting.

The final agenda will be available on the website no later than 5 April 2026.
